Dear Parent/Guardian,

At the outset,I hope you and your family and MGM Children are safe and healthy. This pandemic is shaking the World and India too.You must be well aware , Hyderabad has been declared that a red zone. In view of this, the management is incorporating innovative steps in the coming academic calendar 2020-21.

I, Dr.M.M.Naidu , personally doing an in depth study to see how schools abroad functioning post lockdown and to prevent children from getting the Virus. The steps that the management taking are(once the school reopens):

• Separate timings for SSC & CBSE.
• Compulsory wearing a mask for teachers ,Students, Ayahs and all the workers.
• Social distancing and reducing the strength for class plus online teaching will be the main aspects of our education system in MGM.
• No games and Sports will be allowed at any cost.
• A minimum of 6 ft distance will be maintained between one child and the other and the teachers.
• Temperature checks will be conducted at School gate for teachers, Children, Ayahs and other workers.
• The school will sanitize everyday before and after school hours.
• Sanitizers will be placed in all class rooms for use by children and staff. They will also be placed all around the school and important locations. Ex: In office, Entrance and washrooms etc.
• Lastly School will run in different timings for different batches.

All these steps will be taken on a war footing for the safety of Children,Staff and Parents.

Finally ,we hope and pray to God that A Vaccine be invented as quickly as possible.
